Arke
ERP software for manufacturers · Milan, Italy (remote)
Six months of contract engineering, from November 2025 to June 2026, for a company that makes ERP software for manufacturers.
- ERP modules in Go, with Temporal for long-running workflows: production planning by work station, supply-chain planning, warehouses and sales.
- A production optimization engine in Python with extensive unit tests. Each run has a goal: cheapest (it may wait for cheaper materials already in transit instead of using warehouse stock), fastest, or optimal (it weighs machines that can do several operations against the cost of retooling them, moves work between lines or workshops and considers outsourcing, to minimize man-hours and overall time × cost).
- An AI dashboard builder for the CEO: an MCP server whose agent finds the right API endpoints with RAG search over every endpoint and payload, then writes dashboard components in the ERP’s own styling, on live data.

Docgen
Civil aviation documentation · Smartfactory, Biel, Switzerland
A platform for writing, approving and publishing aviation manuals, used by smaller civil airports and flying clubs in Switzerland. A club with 30 aircraft of different makes needs a manual for each one, all in line with aviation law.
- Manuals generated from master templates and filled with each organization’s own data, exported as digital, printable PDF.
- Regulation paragraphs stored in the database with their full history and linked to the manual sections that depend on them. When a paragraph changes, users are notified with every connected section.
- Two-round approval: peer review inside the organization, then the aviation authority.
- Automatic versioning (v3.1, v3.2 and so on), configured per document.
- Sole developer, working nearshore for Smartfactory. Estimated at 700 hours, delivered within 4 hours of the estimate. Still in use today as NGFT DocGen.

tour.hr
Our own product · Pilot in Pula
Our first own product: online day-tour booking, years before Airbnb Experiences, piloted in Pula. At the time you couldn’t buy a tour online at all. Viator listed two tours in Croatia, both in Dubrovnik. Even agencies booked with tour operators by phone.
- Availability checked live with 4 integrated tour operators, and bookings pushed straight into their systems.
- Online card payment through Braintree, with the ticket and tour details sent to the guest right away.
- Barcode scanners for boat crews to validate tickets on board.
- Each of the 30 signed accommodation partners, such as campsites, had its own range of codes, printed as QR codes on about 1,500 flyers. Guests who entered a code got 5% off, and the partner earned 5% of the booking.
Many views, but only 4 tickets sold. Online sales were about 1% of tour tickets: on a boat to Venice with 250 passengers, two seats were sold online, through an email and a card payment link.
