When you don’t need a custom agent
Often ChatGPT or Claude with a good prompt is enough. So are the AI features already built into the tools you pay for, like your email, accounting or CRM. A custom agent makes sense when it has to work with your own documents or systems, run without someone typing into it, or follow rules a general chat tool can’t. We will tell you which case you are in during the first call, and if you don’t need us, we will say so.
