Custom business software
For companies whose work no longer fits in spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools. We build the missing piece and connect it to the software you already use.

Sounds familiar?
- Orders arrive by email and someone retypes them into accounting.
- The real state of the business lives in a spreadsheet only one person understands.
- Your ERP or webshop covers most of the process, and the rest is done by hand.
- Monthly reports take a day to put together.
- Customers ask the same questions, and someone answers each one separately.
What we build
- 01
Back-office tools
Orders, invoicing, stock and approvals in one place instead of five spreadsheets.
- 02
ERP modules
Production planning, warehouses, purchasing and sales, added to the ERP you have or built as a standalone system.
- 03
Dashboards and reports
Built from live data instead of monthly exports.
- 04
AI agents inside your system
They answer questions from your own documents, sort incoming requests and draft reports. A person approves anything that matters.
- 05
Integrations
With what you already use: accounting, banks, your webshop, fiscalization and e-invoicing.

When an off-the-shelf product is the better choice
Custom software is not always the right answer. If an existing product covers most of your process and your team can adapt to the rest, it is usually cheaper to use it. We will tell you in the first call. Often the best result is a mix: a standard product for accounting or the webshop, and a custom piece for the part of your work that is specific to your company.
How a project runs
- 1
First call
30 minutes, free. You describe the problem and the tools you use; we tell you whether custom software makes sense.
- 2
Design
We describe the system, its screens and integrations before we quote.
- 3
Fixed price and timeline
Based on the design, so the scope is clear on both sides. If the build takes longer than we estimated, that is on us; changes you ask for later are quoted separately.
- 4
Build
Weekly demos. AI coding agents write much of the code; a senior engineer designs the system and reviews every change.
- 5
Launch and support
8-hour response time and 99.5% uptime as standard. Bug fixes are free, and up to 2 hours of small changes a month are included.

Questions about custom business software
Most projects cost between 5,000 and 15,000 EUR. The price depends on the number of screens and roles, the integrations and how much existing data has to be moved. You get a fixed price after the design phase.
Most projects launch 2 to 6 weeks after the first call. Larger systems are delivered in stages, so you can use the first part while the next is being built.
Usually not. Most of our work connects to existing accounting, ERP and webshop software and covers what they leave out.
Yes. We connect to accounting programs, bank statements and payment gateways, and we have built fiscalization 1.0 and 2.0 and e-invoicing integrations.
You do, from the final payment. You can host it anywhere or hand it to another developer, so you are never tied to us. Products we maintain for several clients, like VibeCRM, are licensed instead. It is in the contract before we start.
We host, monitor and support the system. Standard support has an 8-hour response time; a 4-hour tier is available. You talk to the engineer who built it.
